800mm Sage Green Melamine Vanity with a One-Piece Ceramic Top

A flat door, a 1 mm ABS edge and a fired ceramic top — priced per piece, shipped flat

This is the volume tier of the range: an 800 mm wall-hung vanity built from 18 mm E1 melamine-faced board, not painted MDF and not a wrapped carcass. Doors are flat slabs with 1 mm ABS edge banding on all four sides, the top is a one-piece vitreous china basin with an overflow and a single tap hole, and the unit hangs on a 40 mm aluminum rail that takes up wall unevenness without shims. It is quoted as four separate lines — carcass, doors, basin, hardware — so a distributor can move the basin from ceramic to resin, or the width from 800 to 600 mm, without renegotiating the cabinet.

Why Buyers Choose This Model

  • 800 mm wide, 460 mm deep and 520 mm high, wall-hung on a 40 mm aluminum rail that keeps the cabinet plumb on a wall with up to 8 mm of fall
  • Carcass and doors in 18 mm E1 melamine-faced chipboard with 1 mm ABS edge banding on every visible edge, not 0.4 mm PVC that lifts at the first steam cycle
  • One-piece vitreous china top at 800 × 465 mm with an overflow and a single 35 mm tap hole, glazed on the underside so a splash cannot stain the raw body
  • Two soft-close doors and one full-extension drawer on DTC hardware, cycled to 50,000 open-close movements on our bench rig before the door loses alignment
  • Flat-pack option ships the same cabinet as a 12-panel kit in one carton at 0.075 m3, which brings about 750 pcs into a 40HQ against about 400 assembled
  • Sage green is a stock melamine decor, so a repeat order of 20 pcs does not wait for a print run; white, cashmere sand and grey oak run on the same tooling
  • Hinge, handle and basin drillings are set by one CNC program, which holds door gaps at 2 mm across a 200-piece batch instead of drifting unit to unit
  • Quoted as a set price split across four lines — carcass, doors, basin, hardware — so a program can be re-costed without reopening the whole quotation

Specification Questions Buyers Ask

Is the board moisture-resistant, or standard interior grade?
The standard build uses E1 melamine-faced chipboard with sealed edges. For bathrooms with no mechanical extraction — which is most UK refurbishments — specify the MR core: the same decor and the same 1 mm ABS edge on a moisture-resistant board with a green-dyed core, at a small premium and no change to the tooling or the MOQ.
Can the ceramic top be swapped for resin, or the width changed?
Yes. The 800 mm carcass shares its drilling pattern with the 600 mm and 1000 mm versions, and the top can be supplied in one-piece ceramic, cast resin or a compact laminate with an integrated bowl. A change of top or width does not restart the MOQ, because the carcass line is the same.
Flat-pack or assembled — which is better for a distributor?
Assembled units arrive ready to fit and suit a project with site labour already booked. Flat-pack cuts the carton to 0.075 m3, which roughly doubles the container quantity and lowers freight per piece; assembly is 12 panels, cam-and-dowel, about 15 minutes with a screwdriver. Distributors usually take flat-pack for stock and assembled for contract orders.
How is the price built, and what does a finish change do to it?
The quotation is split into carcass, doors, basin and hardware, each priced per piece. A finish change moves only the panel and door decor line, so the rest of the cost stays visible and comparable between suppliers. MOQ is 20 pcs per model per finish, and finishes can be mixed inside one container.
What lead time applies to a first order, and can it ship with kitchen cabinets?
25–30 days from deposit and finish confirmation for a first order, shorter on a repeat. Vanities, mirror cabinets and flat-pack kitchen modules can be consolidated into one 40HQ from Ningbo or Shanghai, which is usually cheaper than two part-containers and keeps one PO and one set of documents.
