LED Mirror Cabinets

Illuminated mirror cabinets with anti-fog, dimming and colour switching

An LED mirror cabinet is two products on one wall: storage and a light source. That is also where most of them fail — the lighting is bought in as a strip and glued behind a door, the driver is buried in the carcass with no access, and when one unit fails on the fourth floor of a hotel the whole cabinet comes off the wall. Our range is built around the maintenance decision instead.

Every cabinet uses a 1.0 mm aluminum body with a matte powder coat, a front-lit 4000K LED strip recessed behind the door edge, and a heated anti-fog pad wired to the same switch. The driver sits in a hinged service compartment inside the cabinet, so a spare unit is a five-minute swap by the site maintenance team. Controls are a capacitive touch sensor on the glass with dimming and 3000K / 4000K / 6000K switching, remembered after the power is cut.

For projects the specification work is mostly electrical. We build for 220–240 V or 110–120 V markets, supply a 1.5 m flex with no plug so a qualified electrician makes the final connection, and can fit a shaver socket or a USB outlet in the carcass on request. Tell us the destination country at inquiry stage and the quotation names the driver and plug standard explicitly.

How to Specify This Range

  • Decide front-lit or back-lit before anything else. Front-lit lights the face and is what a shaving or make-up position needs; back-lit lights the wall and photographs better. Hotels usually specify front-lit above the basin and back-lit for decorative mirrors.
  • Confirm the voltage market in writing. A 220–240 V driver and a 110–120 V driver are different components, and a mixed container is the most common cause of a failed first installation.
  • Order spare drivers at the same time — around 2 % of the cabinet count. They nest in the same carton and turn a warranty claim into a maintenance task.

Buyer Questions

What is the difference between an LED mirror and an LED mirror cabinet?
An LED mirror is lighting only — a mirror with an illuminated edge or back panel, fixed flat to the wall. An LED mirror cabinet adds storage behind the glass: mirrored doors, adjustable glass shelves and a carcass deep enough for toiletries, with the light and driver built into the body. If the wall has no storage, the cabinet version is usually the better specification for a hotel bathroom.
Is the anti-fog function automatic?
It is wired to the same touch sensor as the light, so it heats whenever the cabinet is switched on and stops when it is switched off. There is no separate timer to fail and no way for housekeeping to leave it running after a room is cleaned.
What IP rating do the electrics carry?
The driver and connections are IP44, which is the practical minimum for a bathroom zone 2 position outside the shower enclosure. We supply the electrical data sheet with the quotation so your electrician can confirm the zone and the connection method before installation.
Can the cabinet be supplied for 110–120 V markets such as the US and Canada?
Yes, with a 110–120 V driver specified at order stage. North American projects also usually ask for a shaver socket or a UL-listed driver; tell us the requirement at inquiry and the quotation names the exact component rather than implying it.
What is the MOQ and can the touch icon be customised?
20 pcs per model. The touch sensor icon can carry your own symbol, cartons print your artwork and a label with your model code and barcode goes inside the driver compartment — all without tooling cost at 20 pcs.
