We are the factory. Fame Industry Co., Ltd. operates a 15,000 m² workshop in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, producing kitchen and bathroom cabinets in-house. You are welcome to visit or request a live video tour of production.

Yes. OEM means we produce existing models under your brand with your logo, cartons and manuals. ODM means we develop new products from your drawings or brief, including structure, finishes and hardware selection.

MOQ depends on the model and finish. Many standard painted cabinets can start from small trial orders, while custom ODM projects are agreed per program. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm the MOQ with the quotation.

Every order passes a four-stage check: incoming material inspection, in-process checks, assembly inspection and a final pre-shipment inspection with photos. Third-party inspection is also welcome at your cost.

Typical terms are T/T with a deposit before production and the balance against the Bill of Lading, or L/C at sight for larger programs. Exact terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice for each order.

Standard models typically ship within 15–30 days after deposit, depending on order size and finish. New ODM development adds time for sampling and approval. We always confirm a written schedule with the quotation.

Yes. We can send material and color samples first, then pre-production samples of the actual product for approval before bulk production. Sample costs are agreed upfront and usually deducted or refunded on volume orders.

Most of our cabinets use moisture-resistant MDF or plywood with painted, melamine or veneer finishes, plus aluminum-frame options. Hardware uses soft-close hinges and full-extension runners. Material grades are specified per product.

We provide the compliance and test documents our export markets require, and coordinate third-party testing when a project demands it. Tell us your destination market and we will confirm exactly which documents apply to your order.

Cabinets are packed in strong export cartons with foam and corner protection; assembled or KD (knock-down) depending on the model. Containers load from nearby Ningbo or Shanghai ports with packing lists and loading photos provided.

Yes — custom colors (RAL or matched), custom dimensions, your logo, branded cartons and assembly manuals are all part of our OEM/ODM service.

We focus on Europe, North America and Australia, supplying building-material retailers, distributors and bathroom brands. If your market is elsewhere, contact us — we regularly evaluate new destinations.
