It is built to the same cartridge and hose specification we supply for hotel pantry kitchens, and we quote it with a 1.8 GPM aerator for residential code and a 1.5 GPM insert for restricted jurisdictions. If the project is a commercial kitchen with a grease interceptor, tell us and we will quote the matching flow restrictor.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
20 pcs per model per finish, and 30-35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Mixed models are allowed on one order as long as the finish is the same, which is what most distributors do when they build a first container across a category.
Which certificates come with the tap?
Every unit is built to cUPC and NSF/ANSI 61-9 requirements with a lead-free wetted path, and the certificate for the production lot is issued with the shipping documents. If your market needs WRAS, WaterMark or ACS, tell us at inquiry — those runs are quoted separately because the testing is per lot.
Can you put our brand on the product and the box?
Yes. Laser etching on the body or the base ring, a printed color box and a customer label are all available from 500 pcs, and etching alone from 200 pcs. Send the logo file as vector artwork and we return a proof before production.
Can we get a sample before ordering?
A sample ships at unit price plus freight, and the sample cost is credited against the order once it passes 500 pcs. For a project that needs three finishes side by side, we send all three on one shipment so the tones can be compared under the same light.
