What is the difference between pull-out and pull-down?
Pull-out means the head is drawn out of the spout on a hose; pull-down means the head hangs from a high arc and is pulled down. Pull-out is shorter, cheaper and fits under cabinets; pull-down gives more reach over a large sink. Both use the same cartridge and hose on our line.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
20 pcs per model per finish, and 30-35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Mixed models are allowed on one order as long as the finish is the same, which is what most distributors do when they build a first container across a category.
Which certificates come with the tap?
Every unit is built to cUPC and NSF/ANSI 61-9 requirements with a lead-free wetted path, and the certificate for the production lot is issued with the shipping documents. If your market needs WRAS, WaterMark or ACS, tell us at inquiry — those runs are quoted separately because the testing is per lot.
Can you put our brand on the product and the box?
