Do you supply the flex hoses and deck plate?
Yes. Every unit ships with two 600 mm stainless braided hoses, a 3/8 in compression fitting and an optional 10 in escutcheon plate for one-hole decks, packed in the same carton so nothing is ordered twice on site.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
20 pcs per model per finish, and 30-35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Mixed models are allowed on one order as long as the finish is the same, which is what most distributors do when they build a first container across a category.
Which certificates come with the tap?
Every unit is built to cUPC and NSF/ANSI 61-9 requirements with a lead-free wetted path, and the certificate for the production lot is issued with the shipping documents.
