How long do the batteries last?
About 300,000 cycles on four alkaline AA cells, which in a public washroom is roughly 12–18 months. The unit gives a low-battery indication by slowing the stream before it stops, and we supply the mains adapter for projects that do not want a battery program at all.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
20 pcs per model per finish, and 30-35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Mixed models are allowed on one order as long as the finish is the same, which is what most distributors do when they build a first container across a category.
Which certificates come with the tap?
Every unit is built to cUPC and NSF/ANSI 61-9 requirements with a lead-free wetted path, and the certificate for the production lot is issued with the shipping documents. If your market needs WRAS, WaterMark or ACS, tell us at inquiry — those runs are quoted separately because the testing is per lot.
