800mm All-Aluminum Wall-Hung Vanity with Champagne Anodized Frame

Honeycomb aluminum carcass, integrated ceramic basin — a vanity that cannot swell

A bathroom cabinet with no particleboard anywhere in the wet zone. The carcass is 1.0 mm aluminum honeycomb composite, the frame is champagne anodized aluminum, and the basin is a single-piece ceramic unit bedded into the top. Why Buyers Choose This Model

  • No timber in the carcass — aluminum honeycomb cannot absorb water, so doors never bind and edges never swell
  • Champagne anodized frame with a 20 mm face profile; the finish is in the metal, not a coating that can chip
  • Single-piece ceramic basin and top, factory-bedded and sealed, with one 35 mm tap hole on centre
  • Wall-hung with concealed steel hanger brackets rated for a 150 kg static load in our factory pull test
  • DTC soft-close hinges, adjustable in three directions, so doors can be re-aligned on site without tools
  • Two-door 800 mm format suits 900–1100 mm alcoves; 600, 700 and 1000 mm are available on the same tooling
  • Flat-packed or pre-assembled — choose per project; flat-pack keeps a 40HQ container at roughly 3× the unit count
  • Matching aluminum side cabinet and mirror cabinet available so a full bathroom can ship on one PO

Specification Questions Buyers Ask

Is the whole cabinet aluminum, or just the doors?
The carcass, shelves, frame and door substrates are all aluminum honeycomb composite. Only the hinges, runners and hanger brackets are steel, and those sit outside the wet zone. There is no MDF, particleboard or plywood anywhere in the unit.
Why aluminum instead of a moisture-resistant MDF board?
Green-core MDF delays water ingress; it does not stop it. In a shower room with no effective extraction, board edges take up moisture through the hinge and shelf-pin holes and swell within one to two seasons. Aluminum has no fibre to swell, so the cabinet keeps its geometry for the life of the building — which is why we specify it for hotels and serviced apartments.
Can the ceramic basin be replaced if a guest damages it?
Yes. The basin is a separate SKU bedded into the top with a flexible sealant, not laminated into it. Order spare basins with the cabinet order — they ship inside the same carton at very little extra freight cost, and a maintenance team can swap one in under an hour.
Does the champagne finish match other metal fittings?
The anodized color is matched to our champagne tap and mirror-frame range so a full bathroom reads as one specification. Anodising is a metal conversion layer rather than paint, so it does not peel at edges; matte black and brushed nickel use the same process.
What is the minimum order and how is it packed?
20 pcs per model, mixed sizes allowed within the model family. Flat-pack is standard for container efficiency at roughly 3× the unit count of pre-assembled; pre-assembled is available for projects that cannot accept site assembly.
